New Yp Out gym inugurated at KCTech Campus

We proudly announce the visit of the swift player Tamika Reymond to Hindustan University. Her swiftness can be equated to the swiftness of the newly launched Samsung Galaxy Tab's software application.

The former "Connecticut Sun" WNBA Basketball player from USA Ms. Tamika Reymond inaugurated the new fitness center "YpOut" at the KCG College of Technology campus on October 10, 2010. Ms. Reymond Is the Head Coach of Indian women Basketball team for the forth coming Asian Games. Mr. Satya Prakash Yadav and Mrs. Prasanna Jayasankar, both former Indian Basketball team Captains and currently the coaches of Indian Basketball women team were the guests of honour of the inaugural function. Mrs. Annie Jacob, Director, K.C Tech presided over the function.

Ms. Tamika Reymond spoke on the importance of fitness and and how to develop fitness. It is because of her fitness she could climb up in her career. She told the students to consider their body is like a temple and keep it clean. She congratuled the management for the support extended to the sports and fitness.

Mr. Satprakash Yadav, the current coach of Indian women Basketball team also spoke on the importance of fitness. He congratulated the management for providing the excellent facility for the students to tune their mind and body.

Prasanna Jayasankar, the former National Basketball team captain appealed the students especially the girls to spare 45 minutes in the gym to keep fit. This will help the students to tune the body to face many challenges in their life.

Mrs. Annie Jacob, Director, K.C Tech welcomed the gathering. In her address she informed that the management has always encouraged extra curricular activities. She asked the students to use the facilities provided to them. Mrs. Annie Jacob introduced the guests to the audience.

Mr. Jayasankar Menon, Asian All Star Basketball player and the Sports Advisor of Hindustan group thanked the dignitaries for sparing their valuable time in attending the function and sharing their expertise with the students. He also thanked Mr. Vinayan, former Asian Jr Power lifting champion for coordinating the fitness center development.

The program ended with a body show.

To mark the inauguration Timika Reymond cut the tape and Satyaprakash Yadav released the name board "YpOut Fitness center".
